Rare Nuka Cola now spawns in (some) world vending machines. Nuka Cranberry, Dark, Wild, Grape, etc. Location: Unmarked Rest Stop East of Investigator's Shack (east of WS). There's also a creature battle spawn there. I've not tested this much, but if you leave 1 item there, it'll respawn the lot when you server hop.
