Here's the fix: in Windows 7, go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Life Is Strange\Engine\Config. open the BaseEngine.ini file. hit F3 to do a text search. Search for AllowJoystickInput, change the value from "=1" to "=0". save the file, relaunch the game, and everything works.
Moving the mouse in the game didn't work at all. (Didn't try other keys besides arrows and WASD, but arrows were the only things that worked in the menu.) Actually, let's stick with that phantom cursor thing for a moment. (Forgetting right now if analogy or metaphor is the word I'm looking for.) Abilities-. Unicorns have several abilities, some of which require them to be either fully Good or fully Evil. Most of these powers can be encouraged by sims who are mounted on them, but all of them can be used directly if you have the Playable Pets Mod. Blessings: Unicorns can bless plants, which makes them grow rapidly, become high quality
Missing flair. I’m completely stuck. My objectives only say to wait for Karen to come back and I’ve literally interacted with everything I can and nothing is happening. I’m completely stuck. I know there’s a quest of secret treasure hunt or whatever but I never got the option for that and it’s not letting me go into Karen’s RV anyway.
kplasa Jun 9, 2016 @ 11:49pm. after the patch i often had similar problems. so i used the special launcher ("Safe Mode") they published for any graphical issues and it worked. if you are in "library" view of the steam software, just right-click on "life is strange" in the left column, select the option "launch safe mode" and the game will start
