Diagnostika ukázala, že je vadná baterie, ta byla vymÄ›nÄ›na a auto normálnÄ› startovalo. Dnes (po týdnu) vÅ¡ak jsem sedl do vozu a neÅ¡lo nastartovat.
After I managed to get it off the carriageway, park it somewhere safe, switch it off - it wouldn't start again. I've had it towed home, I've hooked it up to my laptop, using Forscan and ELM327. I cleared the DTCs (maybe I shouldn't have) then restarted it to get the fresh ones. I get DTC P2458 which is about the DPF regeneration duration.
They should all come on for a lamp test, then most go out except handbrake, oil, and maybe one or two others. There will be a diagnostic code available if the Engine warning message is on. Code readers are cheap (under £20) and easy to use, and the codes can sometime help.
Focus won’t start when I press the start button, tried to jump the battery but nothing. No noise or anything when I press the button. Tried locking and unlocking it, putting the physical key in the ignition, nothing seems to work and I’m worried it might be the starter. Any help or advice would b
